- Process Letters of Authority (LOAs) and liaise with clients and providers
- Prepare appointment packs, valuations, portfolio comparisons, and cash flow data
- Action fund switches and complete attitude to risk questionnaires
- Manage adviser diary and appointment bookings
- Process new business applications and death claims
- Produce suitability letters and maintain compliant client records
- Communicate professionally by phone, email, and post
- Support general admin tasks and attend team meetings and training sessions
- At least 5 years of administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
- Ability to quickly learn new systems (e.g., Xplan/Curo)
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and self-motivated
- Team-oriented, flexible, and professional in approach
- 33 days’ holiday (including bank holidays)
- Office closure between Christmas and New Year (typically 3 days from allowance – never more)
