Location: Leicester
Salary: Competitive (DOE)
We are currently seeking a driven solicitor with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience to join our reputable team. The role involves attending courts in Nottingham, Northampton, and surrounding areas.
About the Role:
You will handle a varied and challenging caseload including:
- Legal Aid Criminal Defence Work
- Road Traffic Offences
- Serious Crime (including Rape, Molestation, and related matters)
- Professional Disciplinary Proceedings (e.g., Teachers, Medical Professionals)
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 1 year PQE in criminal law
- Strong advocacy and client care skills
- Familiarity with Legal Aid work and relevant case management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
