We're currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a well-established contractor delivering refurbishment works across high-rise buildings and void properties in the Leicester area. This is a key role focused on supporting tenants and ensuring smooth delivery of works on a long-term planned maintenance programme
Location: Leicester, LE1
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Contract: 2-year contract
Rate: 16 - 18 per hour (via umbrella)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the main point of contact for residents throughout the works
  • Provide clear, timely updates on project progress and access requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for contractors and residents
  • Address and resolve resident concerns professionally and empathetically
  • Maintain detailed records of contact, access arrangements, and feedback
  • Support community engagement and encourage positive resident relations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Resident Liaison, Tenant Liaison, or similar housing-focused role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience working within the social housing sector, particularly on voids or high-rise schemes, is desirable
