Overview:We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joinery Paint Sprayer to join a well-established and reputable workshop team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience spraying bespoke joinery and woodwork, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality finishes.Key Responsibilities:

* Spraying a variety of bespoke joinery components including doors, panels, frames, and cabinetry* Applying primers, base coats, top coats, and clear lacquer finishes* Preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and masking as needed* Mixing and matching paints to meet job specifications* Working to production schedules while maintaining a clean, tidy work area* Ensuring all work meets quality standards before dispatch* Following all health and safety procedures within the spray booth and workshopRequirements:* Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in a joinery or woodworking environment* Knowledge of spray guns, airless and HVLP systems* Good understanding of paints, stains, and lacquers for timber* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* High attention to detail and quality control* Strong work ethic and reliable attitudeDesirable:* Experience working with high-end or bespoke interiors (joinery)* Understanding of colour matching and finishing techniques
