Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joinery Paint Sprayer to join a well-established and reputable workshop team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience spraying bespoke joinery and woodwork, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:


* Spraying a variety of bespoke joinery components including doors, panels, frames, and cabinetry
* Applying primers, base coats, top coats, and clear lacquer finishes
* Preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and masking as needed
* Mixing and matching paints to meet job specifications
* Working to production schedules while maintaining a clean, tidy work area
* Ensuring all work meets quality standards before dispatch
* Following all health and safety procedures within the spray booth and workshop
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in a joinery or woodworking environment
* Knowledge of spray guns, airless and HVLP systems
* Good understanding of paints, stains, and lacquers for timber
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and quality control
* Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
Desirable:
* Experience working with high-end or bespoke interiors (joinery)
* Understanding of colour matching and finishing techniques
