The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

• Provide expert planning advice to a range of clients, including landowners, developers, and local authorities.

• Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and supporting documents.

• Liaise with stakeholders, consultees, and local authorities to progress projects effectively.

• Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to business development.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

• MRTPI accreditation (or be working towards it).

• A strong background in planning, ideally gained within a consultancy or local authority setting.

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

• Strong project management ability with a client-focused approach.

• The ambition to develop professionally within a growing practice.
