We are working with a highly regarded, forward-thinking planning consultancy that is seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join its established team in Leicester. The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will:
Manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Provide expert planning advice to a range of clients, including landowners, developers, and local authorities.
Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and supporting documents.
Liaise with stakeholders, consultees, and local authorities to progress projects effectively.
Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to business development.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
MRTPI accreditation (or be working towards it).
A strong background in planning, ideally gained within a consultancy or local authority setting.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Strong project management ability with a client-focused approach.
The ambition to develop professionally within a growing practice.
