Conveyancing Solicitor - Full-Time, Office-Based?? Leicester ?? Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

My client, a reputable legal practice based in Leicester, is seeking a qualified Conveyancer or Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy and well-established team. This is a full-time, office-based position ideal for a legal professional who is confident in managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion.

?? Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

  • Deliver exceptional levels of client care throughout each transaction.

  • Work independently while also contributing to a collaborative office environment.

? Candidate Requirements:
  • Must be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive.

  • Demonstrated experience in residential property law and conveyancing is essential.

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Confident in handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

  • Must be available to work on-site, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
