Keen to develop their employment offerings, the firm are looking for a Senior Solicitor to set up a new a employment department and shape, grow and lead with the full support of the firm’s partners and operational infrastructure. THE CANDIDATE:You will have strong technical knowledge, business development acumen and a proven ability to build and manage a successful employment team. As the appointed Employment Solicitor, you will take full responsibility for establishing and developing the employment team and ideally have a network of contacts within the East Midlands who are able to instruct you on future matters. With a strong track record in employment law, you will have had experience in advising both employers and employees on a range of employment related matters such as redundancy, contracts of employment, TUPE transfers, discrimination, whistleblowing claims and employment tribunal cases.
