Employment Solicitor – NQ to 3 PQEThis is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and passionate NQ+ Employment Solicitor to join one of the most highly regarded law firms in the East Midlands, in its award-winning Employment Department. You'll be given flexibility and the opportunity to work from home, while working in a supportive, down-to-earth team, where you aren't just seen as another number!

You will be an Employment NQ Solicitor (or due to qualify as an Employment NQ solicitor) with experience dealing with an array of employment matters during your training contract and/or as a paralegal prior to commencing your training contract or SQE.

You will contribute to the team's growing success and work with an excellent client base. You will work within a partner-led team, handling your own caseload of employment matters, including (but not limited to):

  • Contracts of employment
  • TUPE
  • Restructure and redundancy
  • Unfair dismissal claims
  • Employment tribunal claims
  • Discrimination
  • Grievances and whistleblowing

You'll be an enthusiastic team player, who has a passion for employment law and seeks to provide the best level of service to every client. This role will give you every opportunity to build long-standing relationships with clients, and in turn, bolster your reputation across the region.
