  • Advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters, including settlement agreements.
  • Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish—drafting pleadings, preparing witness statements, advising on prospects, and attending hearings.
  • Drafting contracts, handbooks and internal policies for clients across a variety of sectors.
  • Delivering practical advice that balances legal precision with commercial awareness.
  • Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management.
  • Contributing to internal know-how, legal updates, and client training sessions.
