- Advising clients on a broad spectrum of employment issues including contracts, grievances, disciplinary procedures, redundancies, TUPE and tribunals.
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
- Supporting on Employment Tribunal claims – drafting pleadings, preparing bundles and attending hearings where appropriate.
- Assisting with corporate support work, including due diligence on employment aspects of transactions.
- Contributing to client training, seminars, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensuring files are managed in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements.
- You’ll be a qualified solicitor (or due to qualify shortly), with up to 3 years' post-qualification experience in employment law, gained from a reputable firm or in-house team.
- A strong interest in employment law and a desire to build long-term client relationships.
- Confident, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a client-facing role.
- Keen to learn, take on responsibility and be part of a growing team.
- Salary up to circa £55,000, dependent on experience.
