This could be the perfect opportunity.The RoleA new opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join the firm’s busy and growing Residential Development team. The successful candidate will provide vital legal and administrative support, helping ensure a smooth client experience throughout the conveyancing process. Key responsibilities include:
  • Opening new files and completing client due diligence
  • Ordering property searches and preparing contract packs
  • Drafting and managing correspondence and legal documentation
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties over the phone and via email
  • Assisting with pre-completion matters including searches, SDLT, completion statements and accounts requests
  • Completing post-completion formalities
  • Keeping matter files and case management systems up to date
  • Supporting fee earners and participating in team meetings
  • General administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and managing post
YouThe ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience working within a conveyancing department (residential or commercial)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Competency using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • A professional appearance and a friendly, team-focused mindset
