This is a hybrid role with no fixed in-office attendance requirements, except for team meetings, events, and 1 to 1 meetings. The appointed candidate will be required to assist on a variety of tasks to include, but not limited to, the below:•Manage and progress complaints from initial reception through to panel stage, including assessment, review, and triage in a timely and compliant manner.•Support with a caseload involving investigation, evidence gathering, and assessment of complaints.•Identify legal or sensitive issues posing potential risk, escalate to case conference, and monitor changes in risk levels.•Communicate clearly and regularly with all parties involved in complaints, handling queries and explaining procedures as needed.THE CANDIDATE:This role is ideal for a Legal Assistant or Paralegal who has previous experience working in professional regulation, in particular handling complaints. Drafting and presenting experience is key in order to be successful in this role, along with the confidence to work alongside other lawyers and senior members of the organisation.
