- Build and lead a high-performing senior team across engineering, technical, supply chain, health & safety, and people.
- Promote a culture of safety, wellbeing, and responsible business practices.
- Deliver against key performance targets in quality, cost, delivery, and people.
- Drive lean manufacturing principles and operational excellence.
- Lead capital investment planning to support innovation, efficiency, and asset renewal.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders including customers, regulators, and the local community.
- Own business continuity planning and risk management for the site.
