Description
- Develop and implement marketing automation solutions using Marketing Cloud tools.
- Provide first line support to the business for open issues and be the first point of contact to third party support teams.
- Co-ordinate with 3rd parties
- Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends to suggest improvements.
- Provide technical support for marketing automation activities.
- Document processes and results for future reference and assessment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge.
- Comply with all company and industry regulations and protocols.
Profile
Must haves:
- Certified Marketing Cloud Developer / Admin
- Financial Force
- Salesforce integrations with MuleSoft for example
successful Marketing Cloud Developer should have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Marketing Cloud tools and platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong knowledge of the Energy & Natural Resources industry and its technological needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
