Seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer (electrically biased) to join their established engineering team. You’ll play a key role in keeping the operations running smoothly, working across both proactive and reactive maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities of a Maintenance Engineer:

  • Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance on plant, equipment, and systems
  • Minimise downtime by working towards maximum equipment efficiency
  • Support delivery of planned engineering tasks on time and in full
  • Maintain documentation and CMMS records accurately
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to meet daily targets
  • Follow best practices in repair, manufacturing processes, and health & safety
  • Contribute to ongoing cost-reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Apprenticeship trained engineer
  • Recognised qualifications – City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or ideally ONC / HNC
  • Multi-skilled with an electrical bias
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments is essential
