We are looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join a friendly and busy private practice in Leicester on a 9-month fixed-term contract starting February 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused practice offering a range of private services including cosmetic treatments, composite bonding, aligner therapy, and implant procedures. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting both clinical and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the dental practice
  • Manage diaries, rotas, and daily operations
  • Act as key holder (opening/closing responsibilities)
  • Ensure compliance with CQC, GDC, HTM 01-05 and NHS standards
  • Handle patient enquiries and complaints professionally
  • Lead HR duties: recruitment, inductions, training, and appraisals
  • Monitor budgets, invoicing, and financial targets
  • Maintain excellent patient experience and service levels
  • Support clinicians to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and servicing of all dental equipment

About You

  • Experience in dental or healthcare practice management (essential)
  • Friendly, approachable, and patient-centred
  • Strong IT skills; SOE software knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability
  • Motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality care
  • Good understanding of dental compliance and NHS systems
