Regional Support Manager - Children's Residential Care
Covering Leicester to Leeds

Salary: 58000

Are you a confident leader with a passion for creating safe, nurturing spaces for children and young people? If you thrive on variety, enjoy mentoring others, and want to make a meaningful impact across multiple homes, this could be the role for you.

I am looking for a Regional Support Manager to join a dedicated team with a recognised and reputable childcare provider. You'll be the go-to person for stepping in when homes need extra support - whether that's guiding a team through a challenging time, covering for a manager, or helping raise standards through coaching and audits.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting homes when they need a steady hand or specialist input.
  • Coaching and mentoring managers and teams to deliver outstanding care.
  • Providing interim leadership when a home is without a manager.
  • Helping teams create safe, therapeutic environments where young people can thrive.
  • Occasionally taking on registration duties, if needed

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in children's residential care, ideally in a senior or multi-site role
  • A solid understanding of Ofsted standards and what great care looks like
  • Someone who leads with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
  • A natural mentor who builds trust and lifts others up
  • Flexibility to travel across the region as needed.

What you'll get in return:

  • The chance to influence and improve care across a wide area.
  • Ongoing leadership development and training
  • Annual bonus of up to 10%
  • A senior team that listens, supports, and values your input.
  • A generous benefits package including health cover, Blue Light Card, free eye tests, and more.

If you're ready to bring your experience and energy to a role that truly makes a difference, I'd love to hear from you.
