I am looking for a Regional Support Manager to join a dedicated team with a recognised and reputable childcare provider. You'll be the go-to person for stepping in when homes need extra support - whether that's guiding a team through a challenging time, covering for a manager, or helping raise standards through coaching and audits.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting homes when they need a steady hand or specialist input.
- Coaching and mentoring managers and teams to deliver outstanding care.
- Providing interim leadership when a home is without a manager.
- Helping teams create safe, therapeutic environments where young people can thrive.
- Occasionally taking on registration duties, if needed
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in children's residential care, ideally in a senior or multi-site role
- A solid understanding of Ofsted standards and what great care looks like
- Someone who leads with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
- A natural mentor who builds trust and lifts others up
- Flexibility to travel across the region as needed.
