Pay: £13.00 per hour overtime rate is at 1.25 after 40 hrs( payrate : £16.25 ) , On Saturdays 1.50( Payrate : £ 19.50) , on Sundays and Bank holidays 2x (Payrate : £ 26)

Hours:

  • Monday Thursday: 8:30am 5:30pm

  • Friday: 8:30am 1:30pm (early finish!)

Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inbound Support Analyst .This role is perfect for someone with a strong grasp of freight processes and a passion for keeping things running smoothly even under pressure.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support inbound logistics operations, working closely with carriers and freight partners

  • Track shipments, handle exceptions, and follow up on delays

  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and intake

  • Manage shipment data, update trackers, and assist with reporting in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Validate freight invoices and flag discrepancies

  • Collaborate across regions and time zones in a fast-paced environment

What were looking for:

  • 1+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain

  • Degree in logistics, supply chain, business, distribution operations, or similar

  • Strong written and verbal English communication

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Comfortable with freight terminology and Incoterms

  • Highly organized and able to manage urgent or unexpected tasks

  • Enjoys working in international, multicultural teams

Nice-to-haves (not required):

  • Experience with Infor Nexus or other TMS/ERP systems

  • Exposure to invoice validation or freight cost analysis

  • Familiarity with container tracking and exception resolution
