Job Title: School Administrator
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Leicester, UK
Hours: Full-time, term-time only (39 weeks) plus 4 weeks in school holidays
Valid UK driving licence required

You'll support the school with administrative, financial, and organisational processes, and be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and stakeholders. As a school ambassador, you'll embody our values and ethos in all interactions.
About the School:
Hays is representing an SEN school specialising in the education of SEMH students. Set in extensive grounds and woodland, they offer fantastic facilities for every child. They are a new school with big ambitions and an ethos of putting every child first, and support a range of young SEMH pupils (ages 8-18) across multiple sites in Leicester.We foster a "no-blame" culture that encourages creativity. Role Overview:
As School Administrator, you'll ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school. Your responsibilities include:
- Administrative tasks
- Handling face-to-face and telephone interactions
- Working with sensitive/confidential data
- Being the first point of contact for parents and visitors
What We're Looking For:
- Previous administrative experience
- Good IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (in person, telephone, and written)
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- GCSEs in English and Maths
- CIPD HR qualification (desired)
- Experience in an educational setting (desirable)
