Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Faade Designer to join a commercial team working closely with the commercial director.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in faade design and hold a relevant degree in Faade Engineering, Architecture, or Structural Engineering.
Strong technical drawing skills in AutoCAD, along with 3D drawing skills and experience with BIM/Revit, are essential for this role.
Knowledge of architectural and construction processes, as well as relevant Building Regulations, is also required.

We are looking for a Faade Designer to join a client of ours. The Faade Designer is needed to join the commercial team and working closely with the commercial director.

As a Faade Designer, with knowledge in the faade, curtain walling and cladding sector, you will be making a move to a leading contractor promising growth and stability.

The Faade Estimator:

Minimum 5 years faade design experience.

Relevant degree (i.e., Faade Engineering; Architecture; Structural Engineering).

Strong technical drawing skills in AutoCAD.

Understanding of architectural / construction processes.

Microsoft Office applications.

3D drawing skills.

BIM / Revit Experience.

Knowledge of relevant Building Regulations.
