Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded primary school in Leicester, who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified HLTA who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a nurturing and inclusive primary school environment.

Role Responsibilities:

Supporting teaching and learning across all year groups, including delivering lessons when required

Leading small group interventions and providing targeted support

Assisting with planning and assessment in collaboration with teaching staff

Promoting a positive and engaging learning environment for all pupils

Upholding safeguarding procedures and school policies

Requirements:

HLTA qualification (essential)

Experience working in UK primary schools (essential)

Strong classroom management and communication skills

A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting children's learning
