Gi Group are looking for an experienced Point of Sale (POS) Team Leader to join one of our clients in the Leicester area.He Client:Our client are dedicated to crafting unforgettable retail experiences for the world's most ambitious brands. From dynamic displays to immersive pop-up spaces, they design, produce, and manufacture retail solutions that resonate with audiences.The job:

  • Point of Sale (POS) Team Leader
  • Monday - Friday day shift
  • £28,288 - £29,100 per annum depends on experience

Role OverviewOur client are looking for an experienced Point of Sale (POS) Team Leader to join their team. This role will be pivotal in leading POS projects, ensuring they align with high standards for quality, creativity, and efficiency. The POS Team Leader will oversee the design, production, and installation of POS displays and team performance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead team, guiding them through design and installation phases.
  • To ensure that units are produced accurately.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and prioritising the work-flows.
  • Maintain quality control standards to deliver displays that meet brand requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stock and inventory control.
  • Completing all shift paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a POS team leader in retail displays, manufacturing or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Ability to balance time-lines and quality.
  • Proficient understanding of retail and design trends, with an eye for detail and innovation.
