Job Title: Property Accounts

Location: Leicester, City Centre

My client is a family run business that specialises in the lettings and management of residential and commercial properties. They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Accounts Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts and have some experience using Alto software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Manage the accounts, chasing invoices, paying contractors and paying landlords.
  • Manage the tenancy process from start to finish, including tenant referencing, drafting tenancy agreements, and conducting check-ins and check-outs.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and visits.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using Alto or CFP software is essential.
  • Previous experience in an accounts role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
