We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team on a temporary basis. This office-based role involves reaching out to both prospective and existing customers to promote sales campaigns and provide administrative support. This position is perfect for individuals with a knack for sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Making outbound telesales calls to prospect and existing customers to introduce and promote sales campaigns.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements to offer solutions and support.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Recording details of conversations and sales orders accurately in the CRM system.
  • Providing feedback on the buying trends of customers to the sales team.
  • Supporting with benchmarking work and other administrative tasks, although the work is predominantly telesales.
  • Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a telesales or sales role.
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
  • A target-driven mindset with a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
