Macildowie is working with a client based in Leicester to recruit a Payroll Adviser. This is a permanent role with flexible working options, including full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days per week). The salary is dependent on experience. The role is based at Meridian Business Park, a well-connected area with great transport links and amenities.

The Role:

We're looking for someone who can manage and process payroll efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing payroll for a range of clients.
  • Organising and managing your own workload.
  • Handling payroll data, starters, leavers, and statutory payments.
  • Submitting necessary information to relevant authorities.
  • Assisting with pension calculations and compliance.
  • Responding to queries and communicating effectively with clients.

  • Experience in payroll or a similar administrative role (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
