Are you a Primary Care Network Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in Leicester? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

What You'll Be Doing:Join our client's team as a Primary Care Network Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with chronic conditions, with a strong focus on diabetes management. In this role, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments

  • Create and implement personalised care plans

  • Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

  • Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid GPhC registration

  • Independent Prescriber qualification

  • Substantial experience in a Primary Care setting

  • Proven experience managing diabetes patients

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with potential for future remote work. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
