Experienced Plasterers Required To Join Leading Midlands Based Housing Associations Maintenance Team On A Permament Contract.
My client are looking for a skilled and dedicated Plasterers to join their dynamic team in a busy planned repairs service. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of plasterering repairs tenanted domestic properties.

Responsibilities:
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues to understand repair requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
The Job:
Start date: ASAP
Location: Leicester and surrounding
Hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday
Pay rate: 31,737 Plus Van & Fuel Card, Overtime & Call Outs Available To Earn Extra.

Requirements:
- City & Guilds or NVQ in Plasterering
- 3 years minimum Plasterering experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
