Assembler Duties:

  • Perform assigned tasks on the production line as directed by the line manager.
  • Comply with all company Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
  • Contribute fully to team objectives by supporting safety, quality, cost, delivery, and compliance initiatives.
  • Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities within the work area.
  • Demonstrate strong manual dexterity in assembling electro-mechanical components.
  • Possess soldering skills that meet recognised industry standards.
  • Interpret and follow technical drawings and manufacturing documentation accurately.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Efficiently multitask and adapt to rotating duties across key production processes.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment
  • Skilled in soldering, electrical crimping, and precise manual handling
  • Consistently punctual and reliable
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance and production targets
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capable of consistently following established processes and procedures
  • Maintains a professional and committed approach to work
  • An FLT licence would be desirable
