Description
- Supervise and coordinate the production team to meet operational targets.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of outputs.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards across all processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production area.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production-related challenges.
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance and skill levels.
- Generate and review daily production reports to track progress and address any issues.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions where necessary.
Shift Pattern: 10PM-6AM
Salary: 31,500
