The Trainee Machine Operator role:
This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to start their career in the engineering and fabrication industry. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the fabrication and assembly of sheet metal components
- Learning how to operate machinery such as press brakes, guillotines, and hand tools
- Reading and interpreting basic technical drawings (training provided)
- Supporting the workshop team with general duties and housekeeping
- Developing an understanding of health & safety in a manufacturing environment
