Shift: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
Salary: 45k - 50k
Job Role Responsibilities:
My client is seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Project Manager to take the lead on high-profile projects for a luxury client. The role involves managing projects from concept to completion developing a team within a business unit that delivers across the UK and Europe. This is a leadership position with scope for departmental growth and strategic contribution.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain ownership of client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and resolving issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and senior leadership to support project execution.
- Plan, forecast, quote, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Lead projects from initial client briefing to on-site installation.
- Work alongside internal production teams and external partners to bring concepts to life.
- Travel to project sites in the UK and internationally as required.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all phases of assigned projects.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
- Independently estimate project costs and resources.
- Contribute to the strategic direction and ongoing success of the business
The Candidate:
- Strong experience in retail display project management
- Solid commercial acumen with a strong understanding of project profitability and client value.
- In-depth knowledge of materials and production processes used in high-end displays.
- Proven leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships at a high level.
- Experience in manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
- Previous work with luxury fashion brands is a significant advantage.
