THE ROLE

 

A fantastic position has now become available for an experienced, passionate, dynamic and meticulously organised Events Project Manager to work across their growing portfolio of multi-faceted regional, national and international events. You will be the key point of contact for the clients, responsible for leading and bringing events and projects to life from initial conception to final delivery.

This is a broad role that includes:

 

-            Taking ownership of a set of clients

-            Managing all client communications

-            Coordination and management of the complete event process

-            Taking event briefs and developing concepts with the internal team

-            Researching costs

-            Developing and owning budgets

-            Supplier sourcing, negotiation and management

-            Creating event & production schedules

-            Account management and client liaison

-            On site management and delivery

-            Post event analysis

 

THE CANDIDATE

 

Candidates should have similar experience gained from working within a creative event agency or on the end-to-end management of large-scale events of 400+ delegates. The role calls for a client facing individual who has strong event management and supplier management experience.
