Sonic Summary

We are seeking a driven individual with a background in Civils Works Management or General Foreman to enhance our site delivery teams.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in civils, particularly in concrete or earthworks, and should be comfortable leading by example on-site.
Key responsibilities include leading daily site operations, driving productivity, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating works, labor, and materials.
The position offers long-term, stable work with a clear progression path and real responsibility in project delivery.
Candidates should expect a competitive salary, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

We are looking for someone driven, hands-on with a Civils Works Managers / General Foremen background to strengthen our site delivery teams. These roles suit individuals who are visible on site, lead by example, and are not afraid to get involved to keep works moving.

You will play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining standards, and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Leading day-to-day duties on site in a hands-on capacity.
Driving gangs and subcontractors to meet programme.
Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Planning and coordinating works, labour, plant, and materials.
Supporting the Project Manager with progress updates and sequencing.

About You

Proven experience as a Works Manager or General Foreman in civils.
Background in concrete or earthworks.
Strong leadership experience.
Comfortable being on site and involved in the detail.
Willing to travel or be based in the Midlands.
SMSTS / SSSTS / First Aid (preferred)
