Sonic Summary

TSASurveying is seeking Damp and Mould Surveyors to work in Leicester in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy.
This role is outside IR35 and offers payment per survey, with over 400 properties available to survey including houses and flats.
Surveyors will utilize a tablet device with asset management software and will be provided with ID badges, calling cards, and a large property list.
Applicants must possess a standard DBS (in date) and have their own surveying equipment, such as a laser measure, Proptimeter, and anemometer.
Damp and Mould qualifications are highly regarded, and the position requires relevant experience in the field.

TSASurveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking forDamp and MouldSurveyors based in Leicester

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software

Outside IR35 role
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats.
Over 400 properties to be surveyed
Propertieslocated in/around Leicester
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority.
BOOKED APPOINTMENTS BY THE CLIENT
Standard DBS (IN DATE) Required
Own Equipment( Laser Measure, Proptimeterand Anemometer)
Damp and Mould Qualifications would be highly regarded.
