- Oversee all commercial aspects of construction projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget by forecasting costs and managing expenses.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and analyse tenders for contracts.
- Implement cost control measures to minimise project overspend.
- Manage and resolve any contractual disputes.

Profile
A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Experience in the property/construction industry, specifically in construction.
- Proficient negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legislation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
