Sonic Summary

Our client, a privately held housebuilder, is seeking to enhance their Commercial department to finalize two specific projects.
They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can work autonomously and report directly to the Managing Director and Operations Directors.
Developer experience is preferred, but candidates with Residential Main Contracting exposure will also be considered.
This position offers an immediate start and is a fixed-term contract lasting five to six months.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a requirement of several years in the field.

Our client is a privately held housebuilder who have mandated us to strengthen their Commercial department with a view of closing out two specific projects to final account. We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can operate with autonomy and report to both the MD and Operations Directors.

Developer experience is a preference, and we will consider Residential Main Contracting exposure.

This is an immediate start and a fixed-term contract for five or six months.
