We are seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of building plant, equipment, and systems through planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and small installation works.



Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to meet service level agreements.
  • Respond to reactive repairs and site engineering emergencies, liaising with subcontractors as needed.
  • Complete all PPM tasks and accurately report defects, maintaining site logs and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other trade engineers to resolve electrical issues promptly and effectively.


What We're Looking For

  • Recognised Electrical Qualification, including C&G 18th Edition and Test & Inspection.
  • Strong knowledge of building electrical systems and BS standards (Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Power, BMS).
  • Experience in structured PPM delivery and working with business-critical equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
