About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, structured, and professional switchboard Receptionist to join our client's team in Leicester. This role is perfect for someone who excels in delivering exceptional customer service and can manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Reception: Ensure all clients receive a warm welcome and the highest quality service to make the best first impression possible.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform general admin tasks including scanning, photocopying, and other ad hoc duties.
  • Workload Management: Manage all workloads efficiently and profitably, adhering to the company's procedures.
  • Customer Service: Deliver an excellent level of customer service, managing and exceeding client expectations, and responding to all ad hoc queries in a timely manner.
  • Team Support: Provide cover for team members in their absence.
  • Switchboard Management: Answer all calls in a timely manner and transfer them efficiently.
  • Meeting Room Organization: Ensure meeting rooms are tidy, stocked appropriately, and arrange catering for on-site events, training sessions, or meetings.
  • Consumables Management: Maintain stocks of consumables such as biscuits, chocolates, and mints, replenishing as necessary.
