Recruitment Consultant – Transport & Logistics

Leicester Office | Up to £30,000 (DOE) | Full-Time, Permanent

Gemini People are growing, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Leicester office, specialising in the Transport and Logistics sector.

This is your chance to play a key role in maintaining our reputation for providing reliable, compliant, and quality drivers & logistics staff to businesses across the region – all while developing your skills and career in a supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing:

After training and support from our experienced team, you’ll quickly become confident in the full recruitment cycle, including:

Identifying and approaching new prospect clients (sales calls & visits)
Building and maintaining lasting client relationships
Recruiting, registering, and placing candidates into roles
Managing a temporary workforce to meet client needs
Supporting out-of-hours cover (1 week in every 3, shared on-call rota)

What we’re looking for:

A self-motivated, people-focused individual with great communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to grow the branch through new business sales and relationship building
A commitment to following processes and maintaining compliance
Full UK driving licence (essential)

Recruitment experience is an advantage, but attitude, drive, and willingness to learn are just as important.
