Our roles can be recruiting temporaryor perms for our clients or a mixture of both depending on the person's background.Our roles are 360 and you will be working with existing and new clients. You will be identifyingand contacting prospective clients in your disciplineto build relationships and offer our services, alongside interviewing candidateswho are looking for assistance in their job search.
The role is a mixture of telephone, video call contact and also in person meetings.To work best in our business you will need to be able to build relationships and be memorable to our customers,we focus on building long term relationships. You will be efficient and able to plan & prioritise.
The role is mostly phone based. If you are not comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to people then the role is probably not suitable for you.As a business we work with passion and purpose. The role offers a base salary of between £25,000 and £40,000 (Depending on experience) plus benefits.
