At Employal, we are growing, and looking for a 180 Recruitment Consultant to join us!You will be handed live vacancies across office & professional, sales, finance, marketing and specialist sectors, sourcing, screening, and matching high-quality candidates to excellent roles.This is a perfect role for someone who loves the recruitment craft and wants to focus entirely on delivering results.The role
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for live roles using job boards, LinkedIn, CRM, and referrals
- Manage the candidate journey from application through to placement
- Build and maintain a strong, engaged candidate network
- Write and post engaging job adverts
- Work closely with sales to understand role requirements and deliver shortlist-ready talent
- Arrange interviews, gather feedback, and support offer management and onboarding
The candidate
- Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience (agency or in-house) with a focus on delivery or candidate management is essential
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Great communication and relationship-building abilities
- Organised, proactive, and target-driven
- Happy to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
- Comfortable working hybrid and managing your own time effectively
