Hays are in partnership with a secondary school located in Leicestershire who are seeking an experienced English Teacher to join their team. This job would be a September start up until summer next year as this is a long-term job planning and marking is involved.

Job Description:

Delivering engaging and creative English lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
Planning and preparing schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments.
Monitoring student progress and providing feedback.
Contributing to the development of the department's curriculum.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. ECTs are welcome to apply.
Bachelor's degree in English or related field.
Recent experience teaching English at secondary school level.
Strong behaviour/classroom management.
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members.
