When the Club House Manager is not on shift, you will be responsible for the Members and Customers feeling happy, welcome & always receive an excellent customer experience, along with ensuring all bar staff are undertaking their duties.
The candidate must have 2 years experience within hospitality, together with a can do attitude and flexibility.
Excellent customer service and confident people skills, along with a sense of humour
Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills
Food Safety Level 2 & Cellar experience required but not essential as training can be given.
