Sonic Summary

The Bar Supervisor will assist the Club House Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services at the Club.
In the absence of the Club House Manager, the Bar Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for Members and Customers, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality and possess a flexible, can-do attitude.
Strong customer service skills, confident people skills, and a sense of humor are essential for this role.
Training for Food Safety Level 2 and cellar experience will be provided, and the salary for this position is competitive.

The main objective as Bar Supervisor is to assist the Club House Manager in the daily smooth running of the F & B within the Club.

When the Club House Manager is not on shift, you will be responsible for the Members and Customers feeling happy, welcome & always receive an excellent customer experience, along with ensuring all bar staff are undertaking their duties.

The candidate must have 2 years experience within hospitality, together with a can do attitude and flexibility.

Excellent customer service and confident people skills, along with a sense of humour

Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills

Food Safety Level 2 & Cellar experience required but not essential as training can be given.
