�? About the Service

Join a brand-new Emotional Well-being Home supporting children & young people aged 8-18 who’ve experienced trauma or difficult life events. The service offers up to 3 children at a time a safe, nurturing space to rebuild confidence, friendships, and emotional wellbeing. �?

You'll be based in Syston, with flexibility to help cover in nearby homes across Hinckley, Coalville, Mountsorrel, and Braunstone when needed. ??

�? What You’ll Be Doing:

?? Build strong, nurturing relationships?? Empower young people to grow in confidence & independence?? Support and lead the Residential Support Workers�? Help with daily running of the home (cooking, tidying, etc.)?? Keep clear, accurate records and notes?? Safeguard and protect children at all times�? Work closely with families, carers, and professionals

�? What You’ll Need:

? A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or be working toward it)?? 1+ year of experience as a supervisor/shift leader in residential care?? Strong knowledge of safeguarding practices?? Great communication and teamwork skills?? A passion for helping young people thrive?? Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
