Sonic Summary

Leicestershire County Council is looking for an agency Team Manager for its Children’s Screening and Assessment team.
This is a 3-month assignment to replace a leaver, with a pay rate of £40 - £45 umbrella.
Candidates must be qualified Social Workers, fully registered with Social Work England, and have strong post-qualified experience in children’s social care.
Experience in a management role within children’s social care, particularly in an assessment setting, is essential.
A £250 joining bonus is offered for new starters, as well as a referral bonus for successful placements.

Our client, Leicestershire County Council, is seeking an agency Team Manager for its Children’s Screening and Assessment team.

Requirements of the role:

Qualified Social Worker
Fully Social Work England registered
Must have strong post-qualified experience in children’s social care
Must be an experienced manager within children’s social care, ideally within an assessment setting.
Must meet all DFE requirements including post-qualified experience
