Location: Leicester, LE2
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

The are looking for a Service/Care Manager to join their Care Home in Leicester.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in care sector at management level
- Level 5 in Leadership and management
- Strong CQC & QAF knowledge
- Experience in setting up new services
- Proficient liaising with outside professionals
- A motivated manager with excellent communication skills
- Committed to providing high standards of care.
- Experience in both residential and supported living services.
- Computer skills - competent in using Microsoft Word and the internet
They require an ambitious manager with a wealth of experience in Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Disorder, Complex Behaviours, and Dementia.
