- Conduct thorough and timely investigations into allegations of child abuse and neglect.
- Develop and implement effective child protection plans, working collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies.

- Manage a complex caseload, prioritizing urgent cases and adhering to statutory timescales.

- Participate in regular supervision and contribute to service development.
Requirements:
- Registered with Social Care England.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience as a qualified Social Worker. Significant experience in child protection work is highly desirable.
- Excellent assessment, investigation, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Strong understanding of child protection legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to person-centered practice and ethical standards.
